Voucher Terms and Conditions

The Voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue. Redemption after this time is solely at the discretion of Shoregate Hospitality Ltd. It is redeemable against any single transaction at The Shoregate including pre-paid set menus, bedroom accommodation, special offer menus and group bookings.

It is valid for a single transaction only. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher. The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. It may not be sold or transferred. It is not redeemable to purchase further Gift Vouchers.

Please book in advance to redeem as bookings are subject to availability. A reservation on the first choice of day or time cannot be guaranteed.

The terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers may be reasonably amended at any time at the discretion of Shoregate Hospitality Ltd and shall be binding on the customer.
